All forms are required to be submitted prior to your camper’s check-in. Please email or physically mail these to the camp’s Registrar by July 1st, 2026; otherwise, please bring them with you to camp on Saturday, July 11th. If any of these forms are missing, then these forms will be required to be filled out prior to check-in. If you do not have access to a printer, then please contact the Summer Games Camp’s Registrar or fill out our online Contact form. We will be more than happy to mail these forms to you.
