If you are 21 years of age or older, then you are required to have a Central Registry clearance in order to work or volunteer at a camp. Please visit our Central Registry Clearance page for more details on how to obtain this clearance.

Returning staff, you may recall that the Central Registry clearance used to be obtained by submitting a form to the Summer Games Camp’s Office Admin or by mailing/emailing the form to the MiLEAP office. The Child Care Background Check (CCBC) Unit implemented a new online Central Registry system and this is now the only way to obtain your Central Registry clearance.
